ADCS Position Statement on Adoption II
The government’s recent publication of ‘An Action Plan for Adoption: Tackling Delay’ has set out a clear direction for adoption services in England. This position statement affirms the position of the Association of Directors of Children’s Services (ADCS) in relation to the Action Plan and the important debate about how such services can be improved.
