UASC LA Policy and Procedures Example
In advance of the national transfer arrangements going live next month a number of local authorities have asked if ADCS can support the sharing of information, training resources and advice for teams unused to working with UASC (not just for their social workers but for admin, finance, foster carers and other providers and other professionals including CAMHS).
This knowledge exchange is likely to be taking place within regions already but we are keen to facilitate inter-regional sharing for the benefit of all of our members.
Essex County Council has kindly shared its UASC policy and procedures document, if other LAs have similar resources they are willing to share please contact katy.block@adcs.org.uk
