High Needs Fund Survey Summary
ADCS recently issued a high needs funding survey to all DCSs. The questions were designed to quantify the financial pressures on high needs budgets and identify how local authorities are managing such pressures, while also understanding the contextual issues that are driving the increased demand for high needs funding.
