Each of the nine regions in England holds a memorandum of cooperation/understanding (MoU) regarding the use of agency social workers. Local auhtorities in Wales have come together to produce a single memorandum of co-operation.
On this page, ADCS has agreed to host each of the MoUs. It is hoped that this will assist local authorities who share a border with a neighbouring region and also assist regions who wish to update their own MoU in line with other regions.
