Agency Social Work MoUs
Each of the nine regions in England holds a memorandum of cooperation/understanding (MoU) regarding the use of agency social workers. Local auhtorities in Wales have come together to produce a single memorandum of co-operation.
On this page, ADCS has agreed to host each of the MoUs. It is hoped that this will assist local authorities who share a border with a neighbouring region and also assist regions who wish to update their own MoU in line with other regions.
Please note that some regions are in the process of updating their MoU and these will be added to the ADCS website at the appropriate time
