Annual Conference 2024
The 2024 ADCS Annual Conference will take place in Manchester between the 10 and 12 July 2024. The first 24 hours of conference is reserved for Directors of Children’s Services only.
The conference is strictly for all ADCS members - if you are uncertain of your membership status, please contact membership@adcs.org.uk
Booking information - Conference is now SOLD OUT
We have now reached capacity at the venue for this year’s annual conference. We will operate a waiting list, which will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that places are unlikely to become available until closer to the event and will be dependent on cancellations of existing bookings.

The conference programme will be developed over the coming months - updates will be made on this page and via the ADCS ebulletin.
Timings for travel arrangements
- Wednesday 10 July - DCS only
Open: Registration opens at 11:00am. Lunch is available from 11:45am. Sessions being at 1:00pm
Close: Sessions end at 6:00pm approx.
- Thursday 11 July
Open: DCS Only sessions being at 9:00am
Registration opens at 9:00am for all other ADCS members. Sessions being at 11:00am
Close: Sessions end at 6:00pm approx.
- Friday 12 July
Registration opens at 8:00am. Sessions begin at 9:00am
Close: Sessions end at 12:30pm approx. Take-away lunch available at 12:30pm.
